Work that
builds.

Design Communication & Coordination)

Translates complex working drawings into clear, visually structured outputs that are easy to understand and communicate. This bridges the gap between clients and building professionals by simplifying technical information into coordinated visuals. These drawings can be developed for entire projects or specific areas, supporting smoother discussions, faster decision-making, and better alignment throughout the design and build process.
Includes:

Interior Layouts (Space Planning)

Focuses on organising interior spaces for practical use and detailed design development. Defines how spaces connect, function, and flow, creating clarity in planning before detailed design and execution. Supports informed spatial decision-making and reduces uncertainty in later design stages.
Includes:

Kitchen & Joinery Detailing

Detailed, fabrication-ready drawings for kitchens and custom joinery, defining layouts, dimensions, materials, and construction intent in a clear and structured format. Focused on eliminating ambiguity and ensuring accurate manufacturing and smooth installation on site.
Includes:

Fencing & Metal Fabrication Drawings

Focuses on developing practical fencing systems through structured option development, visual representation, and fabrication detailing. 2–3 design options are explored based on the project context to support clear comparison and decision-making. The selected option is further developed into 3D views and elevations for visual clarity, followed by precise fabrication drawings for manufacturing and installation.
Includes:

Build-Ready Working Drawings

Consolidates all design information into fully coordinated, dimensioned drawings prepared for site execution. Defines layouts, levels, and installation requirements in a structured format to ensure clarity in construction detailing, reduce ambiguity on site, and improve build accuracy.
