FAQs
Do you need to visit site?
Not always. For as-built and working drawings we work from your site measurements. We guide you on exactly what to measure, or can recommend a measurer if needed.
What format are drawings delivered in?
PDF for distribution, DWG or DXF if required for CAD. All sheets are titled, scaled, and issued with a consistent title block ready for use on site.
How long does a typical drawing set take?
A single sheet, such as a fencing elevation or kitchen layout, typically takes 2 to 4 days. A full working drawing set is 1 to 2 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. D3 Studio is Australia-based but we work with clients globally. All coordination is done remotely, so no site visit is required for most drawing types.
Are your drawings licensed architectural drawings?
No. D3 Studio produces non-licensed documentation drawings. These are not suitable for council or permit submissions requiring a registered architect or engineer stamp.
Can I supply my own CAD files or sketches?
Absolutely. Any existing drawings, sketches, PDFs, or photos you have help us work faster and more accurately. Supply whatever you have and we will work with it.
